I have been doing poster presentations for over a decade and I always hated having to ship or carry them in large tubes, especially for conferences in international venues. I was really excited when I found out that I could have posters printed on non-crease fabric. I just took three posters to an overseas conference, easily carrying them in my cabin luggage. I am writing to emphasize the quality of the service. There was a screw-up by Fed-Ex leading to a last-minute scenario. I called CMS, was connected to Art Kotoulas - here’s the problem, end of the day, presentation in two days in another state, have to travel, very bad, etc. Mr. Kotoulas (Pres.) was all over it – organized, made a second poster that afternoon and took it after (his) office hours to FedEx. The second poster arrived the next day at the hotel, presentation, applause. A good guy.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this service. When I sent in the file, I received the proof via e-mail in about 5 minutes. I called and had some questions about the quality of the image from the PDF file and the service representative consulted quickly and returned with an answer while I was still on the phone. The poster was printed directly from Powerpoint due to the possible discrepancy with translating the image to a PDF. The poster arrived today and it was flawless. Excellent quality with attention to detail right down to the shipping container.
Due to my work environment, I live on an Indian Reservation that is very remote and I was worried about it arriving on time but I was assured that they will stand by their guarantee and make sure that my poster arrived before my presentation date.
