Whether you already have a poster template that you would like to use or want to create a new poster, we would strongly encourage you that the size you choose meets the AAP guidelines. Following the guidelines will help you avoid creating a poster larger than the recommended size or too small for the provided space. 

How to confirm the size of your PowerPoint template:
You must check the size of your PowerPoint template before you start designing your poster. You can find step-by-step instructions on this page.

Important: PowerPoint has a page size limitation of 56x56 inches (142 cm). To create and print a poster larger than 56 inches, your PowerPoint template will have to be half the size required. For example, if you want to create and print a 36x60 poster, your page size has to be 18x30. At printing time, we will print the poster at 200%.

HOW TO PRINT YOUR POSTER

To ensure it is processed as soon as possible, follow these guidelines:

Submit a ready-to-print PDF, correctly sized for the specified poster size. Avoid requesting proofs for print-ready files. Place your order before noon Pacific time (3 pm Eastern) Monday through Friday for same-day printing without any rush fees. 

If you submit a PowerPoint document, we'll generate a PDF version of your file and send it to you for approval before proceeding with printing. Please note that we won't start processing your order until we receive your approval on the PDF.
