Submission format and poster size requirements

ASHP display poster boards are 4 ft. high x 8 ft. wide. The conference requires that posters are one of the following sizes (Height x Width):
36x48, 36x56, 36x60, 36x72, 42x42, 42x72, 42x90.

You can find professionally designed PowerPoint poster templates on our templates page.

We accept PDF and PowerPoint poster files. Our preferred file format is PDF. If you submit a PowerPoint file, we will generate a PDF proof which you will need to approve before printing.

Poster printing options

We offer two poster printing options to the ASHP conference attendees:

Professional-grade paper posters
The Professional photo paper is a well-priced, beautiful poster paper that will enhance your presentation. Offering very sharp printing, vivid color, and easy handling makes this paper the choice of professionals.

EasyTravel™ fabric posters
The EasyTravel™ fabric provides a great way to travel with your poster without having to carry a tube on the plane. Printed on crease-resistant polyester fabric, especially formulated for high resolution printing, your poster can be packed in your suitcase with minimum creasing. It can also be lightly ironed if needed.

Turnaround schedule and shipping

Poster orders placed and paid for before noon (Pacific), Monday through Friday, will ship out the same day.

Four shipping options are available to ASHP meeting attendees:
- Free Ground shipping to any US location (up to five business days)
- Two business day delivery to any US location (add $24)
- Next business morning delivery to any US location (add $35)
- Canadian and additional international options are available at checkout
