Submission format and poster size requirements:
FORMAT: Posters should be submitted as "Print-Ready" PDF documents.
SIZE: 60" wide by 40" tall
A free poster template for that size is available on this page. You can use your own template but if your poster is not the correct size your order may be delayed and/or additional charges may apply.
Turnaround schedule and shipping:
PDF, ready-to-print poster orders placed by noon (PST) , Monday through Friday, will be processed, printed and shipped the same day. Orders submitted in PowerPoint format will require approval of electronic proof before processing. If approved after the noon (PST) deadline, the order will ship out the following business day.
How to order your poster:
Please fill in all the information required on the online form. You can use the form to upload as many files as you wish. You can use a credit card to pay for your order. Discounted rates apply as shown on the form.
