Whether you already have a poster template or need to create a new one, ensure the size meets the science fair guidelines. This will help you avoid creating a poster that is too large or too small for the display space provided.

How to confirm the size of your PowerPoint template:
Check the size of your PowerPoint template before you start designing your poster. You can find step-by-step instructions on this page.

Important: PowerPoint has a page size limitation of 56x56 inches (142 cm). To create and print a poster larger than 56 inches, your template must be half the required size. For example, if you want to create a 36x60 poster, your page size should be 18x30. We will print the poster at 200%.

▪ Avoid requesting proofs for print-ready files.

▪ If you submit a PowerPoint document, we will generate a PDF version of your file and send it to you for approval before printing. Processing will start once we receive your approval.
