Submission format and poster size requirements:
We accept both PDF and PowerPoint documents. Our preferred format is PDF. If you submit a PowerPoint file we will send you a digital proof and we will require require approval prior to printing.
Posters must be in A0 portrait format or 33.11 inches wide by 46.81 inches tall. PowerPoint poster templates for A0 posters are available below.

Turnaround schedule and shipping:
Poster orders placed and paid for before noon, Pacific, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.

Poster file upload: Upload as many files as needed. PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted for best results.
File(s) created on: Let us know if you created your poster on a Windows or Mac. It will help us eliminate compatibility errors.
Assurance proof: If you upload a PowerPoint file we will email you a PDF for your approval prior to printing. If you are in a rush and have sent us a good quality PDF there is no need for a proof.
Presentation date: The date you are presenting your poster in case we need to adjust your shipping.
Color handouts: Optional handout mini posters. High quality digital prints.
Notes/Requests: Anything you want us to know about your order.
