In addition to the reduced rates, complimentary shipping is included in the poster prices, with expedited shipping options available for those with time-sensitive deadlines. Please note that a purchase order is a prerequisite for submission completion.
The accepted poster sizes are: 36x48, 30x36, 33x46, 42x60, 48x72, and trifold format.
The SoCal Odyssey Conference required that posters are 36" wide by 48" tall.

Posters must be one page and saved in PDF format. Confirm that the PDF file looks good and everything is legible when viewing at 100% magnification on your screen.

If you place your poster order before noon (Pacific time), we'll process and ship it the same business day, unless other arrangements have been made. To avoid processing delays, please provide an official purchase order when placing your order. For best results, we recommend submitting a PDF file rather than a PowerPoint file. If you submit a PowerPoint file for printing, we'll send you a proof by email and your order won't be processed until you approve it.
