Poster sizes and templates
The 2025 SAA conference specifies that posters should not exceed dimensions of 36" tall by 72" wide. Please consult the conference guidelines for detailed instructions.
Posters that do not adhere to the required dimensions will be printed as closely as possible to the requested size, ensuring there is no distortion of the content.
Confirming Your Poster Size in PowerPoint:
• For Windows Users: Access the size of your poster by navigating to the "Design" tab in PowerPoint. Within the ribbon, locate and click on "Slide Size" followed by selecting "Custom" to view your poster's dimensions.
• For MAC Users: To find out your poster's size, click on the "File" menu, proceed to "Page Setup," and then select "Custom."

Poster printing
To ensure your order is processed as soon as possible, please follow these guidelines:
For faster service, submit a print-ready PDF that is correctly sized for your chosen poster dimensions. Avoid requesting proofs for files that are already print-ready.
If you submit a PowerPoint file, we will convert it to a PDF and send it to you for approval before printing. Your order will not be processed until we receive your approval.

Turnaround schedule, shipping, and poster pick up location
If you submit your SAA meeting poster order by noon Pacific Time on a business day (Monday–Friday) and it is print-ready, we will prioritize it for same-day printing and shipping. This means you could receive your posters as early as the next business morning. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality prints with a fast turnaround to meet your deadline.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. During checkout, you'll see a range of shipping options, from free Ground shipping to Overnight delivery.
If you choose to have your poster order shipped to the FedEx Office at Sheraton Denver Downtown you should be aware of the following:
- Their business hours are Monday-Friday (7 AM-6 PM), Saturday (8 AM- PM), Sunday (12 PM-4 PM)
- You can pick up your package during these hours by presenting a valid ID
- There is a $10 fee for pick up. If they have to hold the poster for more than five days, there is an additional fee.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for scheduling the delivery of your poster.
Keep the following in mind:
1. Delays can happen: Couriers may experience weather-related, mechanical, or other unforeseen delays.
2. Plan ahead: Allow at least 1–2 extra days for delivery to avoid last-minute issues.
3. Weekend deliveries are unavailable: FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
4. Track your shipment: Use the tracking number we provide to monitor your package’s progress.
