Turnaround schedule and shipping:

Poster orders placed before noon (Pacific) Monday through Friday, will ship out the same business day unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

 

Four shipping options are provided:

• Free FedEx Ground shipping. Takes 5 business days. ($0)
• Three business day delivery ($18)
• Two business day FedEx delivery ($24)
• Next business day by 10:30am ($35)

 

How to order

To place your order use the online form on this page. Fill in all the required fields to proceed to checkout where you will choose shipping and pay for your order.

 

TIPS:

Poster size

Select your desired poster size from the drop-down menu based on your poster’s dimensions. Horizontal posters will be printed horizontally and vertical posters will be printed vertically.

If your poster is a non-standard size that you cannot find on our list of sizes, choose a size that your poster fit in and at the bottom of the form under Notes indicate what size poster you need.

 

Assurance Proof

Select YES if you want to see a preview of your file before it goes to print. We will require your approval by the deadline indicated on the e-proof email. Highly recommended for PowerPoint documents. Not necessary for PDF documents.

 

Poster file upload

You can upload PowerPoint, Publisher and PDF files. Click on the orange button to upload as many poster files as you need printed. Successfully uploaded files will appear under the Upload button.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the file you upload is as close as possible to poster size you choose below. Wrong size files may delay your order.

 

Files created on

Let us know if you created your poster(s) on a Windows computer or a Mac. It helps us eliminate compatibility problems.

 

Color handouts

If you need handouts for your presentation, select the size and quantity you need. They will ship at the same time as your poster.
