4-H:Leaders Start Here!

Background
• 4-H: Head, Heart, Hands, and Health
•Serving the youth and communities for over a century
•Transforms and creates phenomenal leaders

Purpose
• Search for committed volunteers to lead the Executive, Finance and Fund Development Committees
• Secure volunteers for Sacramento 4-H’s leadership positions

Project Plan
• Establish communication with community colleges, universities, and Sacramento Metro Chamber
• Recruit via phone calls, emails and in-person meetings
•Provide recruitment letter to the school’s Career Centers, Internship Departments, and Business Services
•Request the open committee positions be emailed weekly to the students via Listservs.

•Facilitate debriefing sessions post professional meeting
