ABSTRACT:
During the recent transition to VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) services, many healthcare facilities maintained POTS (Plain Old Telephone Systems) as a redundancy measure. However, there has been a decline in the upkeep of these Red Phone systems. This poster outlines the importance of preserving Red Phone systems as a key element of emergency preparedness.
