Poster submission deadline: Tuesday, September 26, 2023
Event date: Saturday, October 7, 2023
All poster files should be submitted for printing by the indicated deadline. All poster orders will be delivered to St. Mary's College of California.
Poster size and submission format requirements:
Posters should be either 36 inches wide x 48 inches tall or 36 inches wide x 44 inches tall.
You can find black PowerPoint templates for those sizes below.
Print-quality PDF is the preferred format. From the File menu choose “Save as PDF” or "Save As" and change the File Type to PDF.
If you cannot create a PDF, you can submit your PowerPoint file. We will send you a PDF proof to approve.
All posters will be printed on semi-gloss Professional paper.
