Effortless Traveling With Your Poster

The EasyTravel Fabric™ research posters offer the most convenient way to travel without carrying a tube on the plane. It is a crease-resistant polyester fabric, especially formulated for high-resolution printing. It will pack in your suitcase with minimum creasing. You can also lightly iron it if needed.

Included in the price:

  • Same-Day Printing with Free Shipping: Orders that are ready to print and placed by noon (Pacific time), will ship out the same business day (Mon-Fri). Free Ground shipping is included in the price, and a variety of expedited shipping options are also available.
  • Complimentary Review: We want you to have a great-looking poster. Even though your are ultimately responsible for your poster's design, we provide a courtesy check for common layout discrepancies, problematic graphics, and sizing concerns. Ask for an Assurance Proof to receive a PDF version of your poster for your final review.
  • Free Digital Poster Handouts: We eliminated the need for traditional paper handouts. When you order your poster you now have the option to create an online version of your poster for easy sharing.


Priority Printing (No rush charge)

For expedited processing of your order with Priority Printing, adhere to these steps:

  • Provide a Ready-to-Print PDF: Ensure the PDF is formatted to the exact dimensions or ratio needed for your poster size.
  • Skip Proof Requests for Print-Ready Files: If your file is ready for printing, refrain from asking for a proof to speed up the process. If we find an issue with your poster file we will let you know promptly.
  • Order Timing: Place your order by 12 PM Pacific Time (3 PM Eastern Time) on any weekday, Monday to Friday. Doing so will enable same-day printing without additional rush charges.


Quick Order Guide

Complete all required fields on the order form:

  • Choose Poster Size: Select from the menu. If unsure, pick the nearest size and specify in the notes.
  • Proofing Option: For PowerPoint files, request a proof by selecting YES. For PDFs, proofing isn't needed. Remember, your order won't print until we get your approval for proofs!
  • Upload Your File: Click 'Upload files' to add your poster file(s). Accepts PowerPoint and PDF. Make sure that the quantity at the bottom of the form matches the number of files you upload.
  • Indicate Software: Select Windows or Mac to inform us about the file’s origin for compatibility.
  • Special Instructions: Use the 'Notes/Requests' box for any specific requests or questions.
  • Check Out: After form completion, choose shipping and payment options to finalize your order.
